南京市秦淮区场所型男男性行为人群干预模式探讨

目的探索在MSM娱乐场所集中地区开展艾滋病高危行为干预工作的模式。方法2008～2011年间，依靠政府的支持．通过场所员工组成的同伴宣传员队伍广泛深入开展宣传教育，区CDC在场所建立咨询检测受点提供便捷服务，同时与医疗机构及感染者关怀小组合作，积极开展针对MSM人群的各项工作。结果该人群具有HIV高感染率（9．5％。12．86％）、高知晓率（94．53％～94．82％）、行为高风险的特点。同时，建立了政府支持，充分发挥同伴宣传员作用、疾控中心提供技术服务，医疗机构社会小组支持的干预模式。结论该干预模式在MSM场所早期发现病例、阻止艾滋病进一步扩散方面起了很大的作用。

The intervention model of men who have sex with men in Nanjing QinHuai district

Objective To explore the models of prevention to HIV/AIDS high-risk behavior among the men who have sex with men(MSM) in the entertainment focus areas.Methods The protocol was supported by the local government,cooperated closely by the non-governmental organizations(ngos) such as the medical institution and the caring group for the HIV infections.From 2008 to 2011,the intervention among MSM group was carried out actively by the Center for Disease Control(CDC) of Qinhuai District.We provided convenient services by setting up consultative and examine sites in the entertainment focus areas and employed partner team launching widely prevention information.Results This group had HIV high rate(9.5% to 12.86%),high awareness(94.53% to 94.82%) and high risk behavior.The intervention mode has been set up which including the supports from government,the role of companion,the technical services provided from CDC and the supports from medical institution social group.Conclusion This intervention model in the MSM place was playing an important role in early case detection and control of the AIDS further proliferation.
