曲美他嗪联合地尔硫对稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

目的观察曲美他嗪联合地尔硫对稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 120例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪;观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪和地尔硫。观察两组患者心绞痛发作频率、持续时间、硝酸甘油消耗量及心电图的改变。结果观察组的心绞痛和心电图治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及硝酸甘油消耗量均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及硝酸甘油消耗量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合地尔硫较单一采用曲美他嗪治疗效果好,可明显降低心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及硝酸甘油量,缩小心肌缺血范围,减轻心肌缺血程度。

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Combination Therapy of Trimetazidine and Diltiazem for Stable Angina

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination therapy of diltiazem with trimetazidine on stable angina.Methods A total of 120 patients with stable angina in this study were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).On the basis of routine treatment,the clinical effect of trimetazidine on stable angina was observed in the control group.On the basis of routine treatment,the clinical effect for combination therapy of diltiazem with trimetazidine on stable angina was observed in the observation group.The parameters of the two groups observed in this study were the following:the frequency of stable angina,the duration of angina pectoris episodes,the consumption of nitroglycerin and the electrocardiogram.Results Compared with control group,the clinical effect of angina and electrocardiogram of the observation group were significantly better(P<0.05).The frequency of stable angina,the duration of angina pectoris episodes and the consumption of nitroglycerin of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group obviously better than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the adverse effects of the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine joint diltiazem,which can significantly reduce angina attack frequency,duration and amount of nitroglycerin,narrow the range of myocardial ischemia,and reduce the degree of myocardial ischemia,has better effect than a single trimetazidine treatment.
