| 摘 要： | 目的:建立盐酸文拉法辛胶囊的测定方法.方法:用盐酸文拉法辛与四苯硼钠生成缔合物为电活性物,制做涂碳PVC膜盐酸文拉法辛电极.结果:在pH 4.0～6.5内,电极的Nernst响应范围为1.0×10-2～5.0×10-5 mol·L-1,斜率为57.0 mV/pc,检测限为2.0×10-5mol·L-1.结论:用于盐酸文拉法辛胶囊的含量测定,与电位滴定法基本一致.

| Abstract: | Objective ：To establish the determination method of Venlafaxine Hydroehlofide Capsules.Methods：The coated carbon PVC membrane veulafaxine selective elect rode based on venlafaxine and tetraphenylboron was preparod.Results：The elect rode showed Nemst response for venlafaxine with a slope of 57.0 mV/pc over the concentration range of 1.0×10^-2～5.0×10^-5mol·L^-1 and detection limit of 2.0×10^-5mol·L^-1.Conclusion：This method is applied to the content determination of the lapsules with the resufl basically same to that of potentiometrie titration. |
