| 摘 要： | 目的通过对宜宾市农村集中式供水工程卫生监测与水性传染病的调查,研究其饮水安全。方法对2009-2010年宜宾市农村集中式供水工程末梢水水质检测结果进行分析,按GB/T5750-2006进行检测,并按GB5749-2006进行评价,达到标准值为合格。结果共检测水样812份,合格率为25.5%。2009年合格率为17.3%,2010年合格率为33.0%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=26.463,P=0.000）。不合格项目主要为细菌总数、大肠菌群、浑浊度,肉眼可见物。枯水期合格率为30.8%,丰水期合格率为20.2%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=11.989,P=0.001）;全市水性传染病占各类传染病2009年为24.8%,2010年为21.9%。结论宜宾市农村集中式供水水质合格率较低,细菌学指标污染严重,这与水性传染病的发生有密切联系。
