摘    要:目的 观察黄芪多糖对哮喘小鼠气道高反应性及气道重塑的影响。方法 通过腹腔注射和雾化吸入卵蛋白(OVA)制备哮喘缓解期小鼠模型。使用黄芪多糖治疗2月后,末次给药后24 h观察小鼠气道反应性、肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中炎性细胞总数和细胞分类以及肺脏病理学变化。结果 黄芪多糖可以降低模型小鼠的气道高反应性,降低BALF中炎性细胞总数及嗜酸性粒细胞和中性粒细胞比例,改善支气管周围炎性细胞浸润、减轻气道壁胶原沉积和黏液分泌,减轻气道重塑。结论 黄芪多糖降低气道高反应性、减轻支气管周围嗜酸性粒细胞浸润以及改善气道重塑可能是其治疗哮喘的主要作用机制。
