| 摘 要： | 目的评价优化ICU护理工作流程在开展优质护理服务工作中的作用。方法修订和完善ICU一系列护理工作及管理流程,比较优化前后危重患者抢救成功率、院感发生率以及患者、家属满意率。结果优化ICU一系列工作及管理流程后危重患者抢救成功率提高,院感发生率降低,患者及患者家属满意率提高。结论优化ICU护理工作流程能明显提高护理质量,是为患者提供优质护理服务的重要手段和保障。
