| 摘 要： | 目的了解上海市闵行区2006～2010年职业病发病情况,更好地为相关部门提供防治策略参考。方法使用EPIDATA统计软件,对2006～2010年＂十一五＂期间上海市闵行区疾病预防控制中心收到的职业病报告卡、尘肺病报告卡及职业病更正报告等信息建立数据库,并进行相关的统计分析。结果结果显示＂十一五＂期间闵行区职业病发病报告呈下降趋势,2007年为报告发病高峰期。报告发病职业病主要病种依次为职业性皮肤病、职业中毒和尘肺。其中急性职业中毒事故主要为硫化氢中毒,并且中毒死亡人数较多。结论结合闵行区企业存在的各类职业危害因素,加强监测和监督,加大工作环境职业卫生管理和个人防护力度;探索新形势下的职业病防治措施,保护劳动者身体健康。
