| 摘 要： | 目的 研究白藜芦醇对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂和血液流变学指标的影响.方法Wistar大鼠90只随机分为6组,正常对照组喂普通饲料,其他各组喂饲高脂饲料建立高脂血症模型,各组按规定预防给药40d后测定血清血脂水平及血液流变学指标.结果与模型号组比较,白藜芦醇能明显降低高脂血症大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇( LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B100(apoB100)水平(P＜0.05),升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)含量和apoA1/apoB100比值(P＜0.05)；全血低、中、高切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞刚性指数(IER)、红细胞聚集指数(lEA)显著降低(P＜0.05),红细胞变形指数(IED)升高(P＜0.05).结论 白藜芦醇能预防实验性高脂血症大鼠脂代谢紊乱,可能与其提高机体脂代谢能力,改善血液流变学指标异常有关.
