| 摘 要： | 目的:分析剖宫产率升高的原因,指征发生的变迁及剖宫产合理应用情况。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,对1982～2002年共9163例在该院产科住院分娩产妇的剖宫产病例进行回顾分析。结果:剖宫产各因素所占的比例发生了明显变化,臀位、胎儿窘迫、前次剖宫产、产科并发症、头盆不称、社会因素成为剖宫产的主要指征。结论:提高产科医生的技术水平,加强围产期及孕产期保健和监护,重视产程观察,防治产科并发症,提高产科及新生儿医学质量,正确掌握剖宫产指征,在一定程度上可降低剖宫产率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the causes for increase of cesarean rate and its rational application and indications variance.Methods:9 163 lying-in women in department of obstetrics with cesarean from 1982 to 2002 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were significant changes in the related factors of cesarean section, the main indications included pelvic presentation, fetal distress, the last cesarean, obstetrical complications, cephalopelvic disproportion and social factors.Conclusion:Enhancing obstetrical doctors' technology, strengthening healthcare in perinatal and pregnant period, paying more attention to observation in duration of labor, prevention and treatment of obstetrical complications, promoting medical quality of obstetrics and neonates, mastering correctly cesarean indications could reduce the rate of cesarean to some extent. |
