子宫内膜癌中Akt蛋白的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨蛋白激酶B(Akt)在良恶性子宫内膜病变组织中的表达情况。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测45例子宫内膜癌、7例非典型增生内膜、6例增生子宫内膜组织中Akt蛋白的表达。结果:Akt蛋白主要分布于细胞质,在良性子宫内膜组织中低表达,在子宫内膜癌及非典型增生组织中高表达,三者比较有显著性差异(F=10.86,P〈0.05)。结论:Akt蛋白在正常子宫内膜组织中低表达,在子宫内膜非典型增生及腺癌中高表达,且与子宫内膜腺癌的组织病理分级关系密切,提示Akt与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展有关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the possible mechanism of Akt in the endometrial carcinoma,The expression of Akt in tissues from endometrial adenocarcinoma,endometrial atypical hyperplasia,and normal endometrium were detected by using S-P immunohistochemistry stain.Method: The expression of Akt protein in tissues from 45 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma,7 cases with endometrial atypical hyperplasia,and 6 cases with normal endometrium were detected by using immunohistochemistry S-P method and imaged analysis system.Result: Akt protein mainly restricted to cytoplasm.Being compared with normal endometrium,the expression of livin protein in the cases of atypical hyperplasia and carcinoma was significantly up-regulation(F=10.86,P0.05).Conclusion: Akt is only expressed in the endometrial carcinoma and precancerous lesion,especially in adenocarcinoma,but shows little or no expression in benign endometrium.The expression of Akt is closely related to pathological grade and muscular invasion depth,and may participate in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.
