不育症患者精浆前列腺特异性抗原与精子质量相关性的研究

目的探讨不育症患者精浆前列腺特异抗原(PSA)与精子质量的关系。方法随机选择50例不育症患者,采用ELISA法检测不育症患者精浆PSA水平,并分析其与精子密度、活率和活力之间的关系。结果30例非液化患者精浆PSA水平、精子活力(a b%)均显著低于20例液化正常患者(P<0.05);而精子密度则无显著差异(P>0.05)。精浆PSA水平与精子活力显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论精浆PSA水平与精液液化存在相关性,它的异常会导致精子活力降低。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SEMINAL PROSTATE SPECIFIC ANTIGEN AND QUALITY OF SPERM

Objective To investigate the relationship between seminal prostate specific antigen(PSA) and the quality of sperm.Methods 50 infertile patients were collected randomly.30 of them are not liquefacient.The level of PSA in seminal plasma was detected by ELISA method and seminal activity,and seminal density was analyzed by computer.Results The PSA concentration and seminal activity in 30 cases of abnormal liquefaction were obviously lower than in other 20 patients(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in seminal density between two groups(P>0.05).PSA levels was significantly correlated with seminal activity(P<0.05).Conclusion The seminal PSA in infertile patients is significantly correlated with semen liquefaction.Its change leads to the change of seminal activity.
