脑心综合征75例临床分析

目的　探讨脑心综合征的特征、发病机制和治疗措施。方法　对 75例脑心综合征患者的临床资料进行分析。结果　脑心综合征患者的心脏损害主要表现为心电图的ST T改变 ,心律失常 ,假性心梗样图形 ,急性心力衰竭及心肌酶的增高。本组急性脑血管患者脑心综合征发生率为 6 2 .0 % ,其中 89.3%的患者起病后 7d内发生 ,急性期综合治疗后好转率为 97.3%。结论　保护心脏功能、控制心率失常等对患者安全度过脑心综合征急性期有较好作用

Clinical treatment of patients with cerebrocardiac syndrome: an analysis of 75 cases

Objective To study the characteristics and causes leading to onset and treatment of cerebrocardiac syndrome.Methods The clinical data was analyzed in 75 cases of cerebrocardiac syndrome.Results The symptoms of heart damage were mainly ST T abnormal,arrhythmia,myocardial infarction like graph of ECG and acute heart failure.The incidence rate was 62.0%.89.3% of the patients with cerebrocardiac syndrome occur in first 7 days.The improved rate was 97.3% after treatments.Conclusion Protecting the heart function,controlling the arrhythmia may be helpful to the patients to survive the acute period.
