BCL-2和Bax表达在宫颈癌新辅助动脉化疗疗效评价中的作用探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨BCL-2和Bax基因表达在宫颈癌新动脉化疗评价中的作用。方法:随机选择60例宫颈癌患者进行研究(动脉化疗组32例,静脉化疗组28例)。采用免疫组化法检测化疗前和化疗后15天宫颈癌组织的凋亡相关基因BCL-2和Bax,并根据病理损伤程度进行疗效评价。结果:动脉化疗组的病理缓解率为81%,与静脉化疗组的53%比较,差异有显著性;通过对动脉化疗前、后肿瘤细胞凋亡相关基因BCL-2、Bax的检测,发现Bax高表达者其病理缓解疗效明显优于Bax低表达者,且动脉化疗后Bax基因表达增加,而静脉化疗前后凋亡相关基因表达的比较却无差异。结论:动脉化疗的疗效优于静脉化疗,Bax基因表达的检测可作为预测患者动脉化疗敏感性的指标之一。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the role of Bcl-2 and Bax in artery neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer.Methods:Sixty pathologically proved cervical cancer patients were divided into arterial chemtherapy group and venous chemotherapy group.The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax were detected with the method of immunohistochemical staining at 15 days after chemotherapy.Chemotherapeutic efficacy was evaluated by pathological damage degree.Results:Pathology response rate in arterial chemotherapy group and venous chemtherapy group was 81%,and 53% respectively..Pathology response rate had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Pathology response rate in patients with high Bax expression was better than that with low Bax expression in arterial chemotherapy group..Bax expression was increased after arterial chemotherapy.Conclusion:Efficacy in arterial chemotherapy is better than that in venous chemotherapy.The detection of Bax expression is a method for predicting efficacy in arterial chemotherapy.
