辛伐他汀与洛伐他汀治疗高脂血症疗效比较

目的 :观察小剂量辛伐他汀与洛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的疗效和安全性。方法 :12 9例原发性高胆固醇血症随机分为 2组 ,辛伐他汀组 64例 (男性 30例 ,女性 34例 ;年龄 51a±s8a)给予辛伐他汀5mg ,po ,qn× 3mo ;洛伐他汀组 65例 (男性 32例 ,女性 33例 ;年龄 57a± 9a)给予洛伐他汀 10mg ,po ,qn× 3mo。结果 :治疗 3mo后 2组均有TC ,TG ,LDL C ,ApoB10 0 显著下降及HDL C升高作用 ;经t检验 ,治疗前后差别均有非常显著意义(P <0 .0 1) ,2组间比较HDL C ,ApoAI升高差别有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5) ,LDL C ,ApoB10 0 降低差别有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。 2组均未见明显不良反应。结论 :小剂量辛伐他汀和洛伐他汀治疗高脂血症疗效较好且安全

Simvastatin vs lovastatin in treating hyperlipidemia

AIM: To determine the safety and efficacy of small dose simvastatin and lovastatin in hyperchlolesterolemia. METHODS: Primary hyperchlolesterolemia 129 patients were divided into 2 groups in random. The simvastatin group with 64 patients (M30,F34,age 51 a±s 8 a) were given 5 mg po,qn×3 mo and the lovastatin group with 65 patients (M32,F33,age 57 a±9 a) were given 10 mg, po, qn×3mo. RESULTS: In these two groups the levels of TC,TG,LDLC,Apo B 100 decreased and HDLC increased (P<0.01) after 3 mo of treatment, but between the two groups HDLC, Apo AI increased and LDLC, Apo B 100 decreased were significant difference (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In the two groups the adverse reaction were mild. CONCLUSION: Small dose simvastatin and lovastatin in treating hyperlipidemia has better effect and safe.
