广西柳州市居民预防艾滋病相关情况调查

目的：了解广西柳州市15－69岁居民预防艾滋病的知识及对待艾滋病的态度等情况。方法：采用三阶段整群随机抽样方法对2329名居民进行调查。结果：80．2％－90．2％的人对艾滋病3条危险传播途径有正确的认识，全部正确者达52．5％，年龄，文化程度，职业是主要影响因素；有关预防艾滋病知识主要来源是大众媒介；有36．6％的人认为与一个新性伴发生性关系时应使用避孕套和使用避孕套是预防艾滋病的方法；69．4％的人有关性行为，曾使用过避孕套者占46．1％，用于防病目的的占6．2％；对待艾滋病的态度73．1％的人采取不接触；83．3％的人支持对15岁左右的少年进行性，性病、艾滋病知识教育。结论：有半数据居民正确认知艾滋传播知识，大多数人对艾滋病存在恐惧心理，对青少年进行早期相关教育持赞同态度。

INVESTIGATION ON PREVENTTON OF ACQUIRED IMMUNODEFICIENCY SYNDROME RELATED TO SITUATION OF RESIDENTS IN LIUZHOU CITY OF GUANGXI

Objective: To understand AIDS related KABP of residents aged from 15 to 69 in Liuzhou City Methods: Investigating 2 329 residents sampled at random from whole population living in Liuzhou City by three stage cluster sampling Results: 80 2% to 90 2% of residents have correct awareness of three channels for HIV infection with totally 52 5% of residents having full understanding, while the factors of age, education level and occupation play an important role to it Mass media is the major source for the dissemination of AIDS related knowledge 36 6% of residents take it for granted that using condom can prevent AIDS and condom should be available when have sex with a new partner 69 4% of residents have sexual activities before, and 46 1% of them have ever used condom, Only 6 2% did so for prevention purpose 73 1% of residents don't want to have any contacts with AIDS patients 83 3% of residents hold the opinion of educating adolescent people aged around 15 with STD/HIV related knowledge Conclusion: Half of the residents have positive awareness of AIDS related knowledge, but most of residents are in fear of having contacts with AIDS patients, whereas they agree to conduct early stage education for adolescent people
