| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨自动快速穿刺在盆腔囊肿穿刺中的应用价值。方法：利用83例采用自动快速穿刺针进行盆腔囊肿穿刺的结果与77例采用经皮手动穿刺针者作对照研究。结果：采用自动快速穿刺针进行盆腔囊肿穿刺一次成功率达100％。无并发症。与经皮手动穿刺针相比，其穿刺的一次成功率优于经皮手动穿刺且并发症明显减少。结论：在盆腔囊肿穿刺中，自动快速穿刺针可望取代手动穿刺针，自动快速穿刺针值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of the automatic needle in pelvic cyst puncture.Methods:The eighty-three cases with pelvic cysts were punctured with the automatic needle under the guidance of ultrasound and compared respectively with the seventy-seven pelvic cyst cases punctured using the manual needle.Results:Using the automatic needle,the first-time success rate of the puncture was 100% without any complications.Conclusions:The automatic needle puncture is dominant to the manual puncture.It may be used to replace the manual needle,and it is a very valuable tool to pelvic cysts too. |
