丙泊酚在消化内镜检查中临床效果的探讨

目的探讨消化内镜检查中应用丙泊酚前后的血氧饱和度、血压、心率、焦虑程度、复检率及其术中情况。方法240例拟行检查病人分为药物组和对照组,胃镜和肠镜各120例。分别记录其用药前后的血氧饱和度、血压、心率、焦虑评分值、病人遗忘程度、术中操作时间及术后苏醒时间,复检率和术中表现情况。结果药物组检查中应用丙泊酚前后的血氧饱和度、血压、心率与对照组比较差异无显著性;焦虑评分值有显著性差异;术中感受情况良好,遗忘程度高,术中操作时间及术后苏醒时间较短,愿意复查率高。结论消化内镜检查时应用丙泊酚安全度高、舒适感好、副作用少,能使病人无痛苦及焦虑,大大提高检查和复检率。

Study on clinical effects of propofop used in degestive endoscopy

Objective To explore the blood-oxygen saturation, blood pressure, heart rate, anxiety, re-checking rate et al of the patients when they used propofop in the endoscopy inspect. Methods 240 patients who plan to receive endoscopy inspect were divide into two groups: medicine group and control group; 120 cases of gastroscopy and colonoscopy respectively. Blood-oxygen saturation, blood pressure, heart rate, anxiety, the oblivion extent, the operate time, re-checking rate et al were recorded. Results There were no notable difference in blood-oxygen saturation, blood pressure, heart rate before and after applying propofop between medicine group and control group, but the significant difference was existed in anxiety between two groups. The patients in medicine group felt well in the operation, and had high oblivion extent; their operation time was shorter and their re-checking rate was high. Conclusions In the patients, using propofop in endoscopy is safe and comfortable and without many side effects. It can release the pain and the anxiety and increase the re-checking rate.
