摘    要:为探讨细菌和真菌在常规保存条件下的浓缩血小板中生长繁殖状况,为血小板细菌污染检测与灭活方法提供依据,在实验室采取血小板中人工污染菌和活菌计数方法进行了试验观察。结果,污染后血小板在常规保存条件下(22±2)℃,最长保存期7d内每日含菌量变化,金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均在第2、3d表现出迅猛的增殖高峰,第4d以后增殖趋于平缓。白色念珠菌增殖速度较为平缓,但亦呈持续增殖趋势。结论,细菌与真菌均可在常规保存条件下的血小板中持续生长,保存时间越长,发生输血后并发症的可能性越大。

Abstract:In order to explore the growth and multiplication of bacteria and fungi in concentrate platelets under conventional storing conditions for providing basis to examine bacterial contamination of platelets and to select inactivating methods, artificial contaminating bacteria and fungi in platelets and living bacteria (fungal) count method were used to carry out experimental observation in laboratory. Results: After contamination, the bacterial (fungal) content of platelets changed day by day during the longest storing period of 7 days under conventional storing conditions (22±2)℃. Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli showed peak of rapid multiplication on days 2 and 3 and the multiplication tended to slow down after day 4. The multiplying rate of Candida albicans was lower, but there was also tendency of continuous multiplying. Conclusions: Both bacteria and fungi can grow continuously in platelets under conventional storing conditions. The longer the storing time, the greater the possibility of occurrence of posttransfusion complications.
