| 摘 要： | 目的：通过检测COX-2蛋白与VEGF蛋白在肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达情况，探讨COX-2对HC血管形成的影响。方法：应用免疫组织化学（SP）法对30例肝癌组织、10例正常肝组织中的COX-2、VEGF蛋白进行定量检测。同时应用CD34标记肿瘤新生血管，根据CD34阳性的血管内皮细胞计数来测定微血管密度（MVD）值。结果：HCC组织中COX-2和VEGF表达阳性率明显高于对照组（P＜0.001），COX-2表达与VEGF表达显著相关（r=0.632,P＜0.01），且COX-2和VEGF均阳性的HCC组织MVD值明显高于两者均为阴性的组织（P＜0.01）。结论：VEGF的表达随着COX-2表达增高而增高，提示COX-2可能通过诱导VEGF表达而促进HCC血管形成。
