120急救中心护士工作倦怠与社会支持及应对方式的相关性研究

目的 了解120急救中心护士工作倦怠与社会支持及应对方式的关系,为护理管理干预提供依据.方法 抽取衡阳市中心医院120急救中心64名护士作为调查对象,采用工作倦怠量表、社会支持评定量表、应对方式问卷进行调查.结果 本组护士情感衰竭得分较常模高,个人成就感较常模低,差异均有统计学意义;社会支持中的客观支持与工作倦怠各因子呈负相关,支持利用度与工作倦怠中的情感衰竭和个人成就感呈负相关,消极应对方式与工作倦怠各因子呈正相关.结论 急救中心护士工作倦怠程度较高,个人成就感较低,社会支持和应对方式对工作倦怠具有影响作用,应加强护理管理干预.

A correlation study on Job burnout and social support, coping style among nurses in 120 emergency center

Objective To learn the relationship between job burnout and social support,coping styles among nurses in 120 emergency center.provide basis for nursing management.Methods 64 nurses were surveied in 120 emergency center of Central Hospital of Hengyang,they were investigated by Chinese Maslach B urnoutInventory(CMBI),Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS),Coping Style Questionaire.Results they got lower score in emotion exhaustion and higher score in personal achievement comparee with norm.the discrepancies were statistically significant.Objective support contained in social support was negative correlated with all factors in Job burnout,also the same between availability of support and emotion exhaustion,personal achievement in job burnout,passive coping style was positive correlated with all factors of job burnout.Conclusions nurse in emergency center get higher level in job burnout,lower level in personal achievement,social support and coping style are Influential to job burnout,nursing management enhanced correspondingly.
