AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位

目的探讨应用AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法对21例TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者均采用切开复位,AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板内固定术治疗并随访。结果随访6～24个月,平均17个月,按JOA肩部治疗成绩评分标准评分,90～95分17例,80～90分4例,综合评价：优良。无一例患者出现伤口感染、钢板松动。结论AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板设计合理,符合肩锁关节的解剖生理特征,治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位固定可靠,肩关节功能恢复早,并发症少,疗效满意。

AO/ASIF clavicle hook plate fixation on acromioclavicular joint dislocation ( Tossy Ⅲ )

Objective To explore the clinical effects of the AO/ASIF clavicle hook plate in treating the acromioclavicular joint dislocation（Tossy Ⅲ）.Methods 21 patients were treated AO/ASIF clavicle hook plate and all cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months with an average of 17 months.Results According to the standard JOA shoulder score after mean follow up 17 months,17 cases belong to 90～95 grades while 4 cases belong to 80～90 grades.The comprehensive evaluation was good to fair.Conclusion AO/ASIF clavicle hook plate was designed rationally,it conformed to anatomical and biological property of acromioclavicular.This technique is of benefit to the patients for the functional recovery of the shoulder and early rehabilitation.It’s stable fixation,simplicity and good clinical results.
