| 摘 要： | 目的：观察“肾毒灵”对慢性肾衰竭大鼠模型的保护作用,并探讨其疗效机制。方法：根据益气活血降浊法,制成“肾毒灵”胶囊,用0．75％腺嘌呤饲料喂养大鼠制成肾衰竭模型,灌胃观察“肾毒灵”胶囊的疗效。喂养50d后测血清中BUN、Scr、钙、磷、白蛋白和血色素的水平,并取肾组织做病理检查。结果：与对照组比较,“肾毒灵”胶囊可明显降低血清中BUN和Scr的含量,预防性拮抗钙磷失调;改善贫血和提高血浆蛋白的水平,同时减轻了肾组织的病理损害。结论：肾毒灵方具有促进氮质排泄,改善尿毒症合并症,减轻肾间质炎症,促进受损组织恢复的功能。

| Abstract: | Objective:The capsule "Shen-du-ling"is made up of the drugs for supplementing qi,activating blood circulation and drainaging turbid materials from the body.Methods:the effect of which was observed on rat models of chronic renal failure induced by eating 0.75% adenine contained food.After the treatment of Shen-du-ling for 50 days,the level of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine was lower in the treated groups than those in the controls.Results:The drugs also increased the level of serum calcium and decreased the serum phosphorus in the treated groups.Conclusion:The light microscopy revealed that Shen-du-ling alleviated the pathological changes in the treated groups. |
