| 摘 要： | 目的：了解湖北省全球基金项目县区农村初中教师开展学生艾滋病预防教育的效果，为健康教育教师培训提供科学数据。方法：随机抽取192名初中生作为对照组，实验组和对照组在干预前后均做《学生艾滋病预防问卷》调查。结果：通过健康教育干预，学生艾滋病知识、行为和效能3个方面有显著改善，态度方面无明显变化。结论：在农村初中开展艾滋病预防教育有效，今后在注重艾滋病知识传播的同时，更要重视学生态度、行为和效能的改善。
