| 摘 要： | 目的加强手卫生依从性,降低医院感染,保障患者安全。方法分析医务人员手卫生依从性影响因素,提出相应的提高手卫生依从性措施。结果通过加强教育管理,创造重视手卫生氛围,改善手卫生设施,改良手卫生方法等可强化手卫生意识,提高手卫生依从性。结论提高医务人员手卫生依从性是降低医院感染成本最低、效果最佳的手段和措施。
