摘 要: | 目的研究酸蚀加碱热处理后种植体用钛合金(H6A14V)表面微观结构的变化及在模拟体液中诱导钙磷沉积的能力。方法对钛合金表面分别采用打磨抛光、大颗粒喷砂酸蚀(SLA)、碱热、酸蚀加碱热处理,测试其表面理化性质变化,然后对其进行模拟体液(SBF)浸泡实验,采用带能谱分析的扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线衍射(XRD)观察分析沉积物。结果经过酸蚀加碱热处理的钛合金表面形成了多级孔洞的微观粗糙结构;经SBF浸泡实验后,其表面出现羟基磷灰石沉积,钙磷原子数百分比高于其他实验组(P〈0.05)。结论酸蚀加碱热处理的钛合金表面同时具有良好的表面形态和生物活性,在模拟体液中浸泡可诱导羟基磷灰石形成,有利于骨结合的早期形成。

The surface property and inducing ability of acid-alkali-heat treated titanium alloy for implant |

Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of acid etching with alkalizing heat treatment on surface properties of titanium alloy(Ti6Al4V) and the ability of inducing Ca and P deposition.Methods After polished, large particles sandblasted with acid-etched (SLA), alkali-heat treated, and acid-alkali-heat were treated respectively, the physicochemical properties of these titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V) surfaces were tested. The Ca and P deposits were examined by field emission SEM with EDX and X-ray diffraction(XRD) after simulated body fluid (SBF) immersion tests.Results Rough micro-morphology with multilevel holes was formed on titanium alloys after acid-alkali-heat treatment. Hydroxyapatite deposit was found on the specimens surface after SBF immersion test. The ratios of Ca, P deposition of these specimens were higher than those of the others (P<0.05).Conclusion The surface of titanium alloy after acid-alkali-heat treatment has suitable surface morphology which could induce the deposition of hydroxyapatite in SBF. |
