| 摘 要： | 目的研究红花黄色素对老年高血压患者左心舒张功能不全的影响。方法选取156例高血压病伴舒张功能不全的老年患者随机分为地尔硫组(52例)、红花黄色素组(52例)和对照组(52例),对照组仅采用常规抗高血压治疗,其余2组在常规抗高血压治疗基础上分别给予地尔硫和红花黄色素,均治疗4周,用组织多普勒成像技术(TDI)测量二尖瓣前后叶瓣环运动的收缩期运动速度(Sm)、舒张早期运动速度(Em)、舒张晚期运动速度(Am),用Em/Am评价左心室舒张功能。结果与对照组比较,地尔硫组和红花黄色素组Em、Em/Am均显著升高(P0.05或0.01),而且红花黄色素组Am也显著降低(P0.05),但这2组的疗效并无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论红花黄色素能够显著改善老年高血压患者的左心室舒张功能。
