| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨组蛋白去乙酰化酶(SIRT1)及DNA修复蛋白(Ku70)在成人急性白血病(AL)骨髓中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用半定量RT-PCR检测SIRT1及Ku70在50例成人AL骨髓中的表达情况。结果:SIRT1、Ku70在AL中的表达明显增高(P<0.05),复发组高于初治组(P<0.05),急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)与急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)组的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),SIRT1、Ku70的表达与患者性别、年龄、初诊时白细胞计数及髓外浸润情况无关(P>0.05),SIRT1、Ku70高表达组的完全缓解(CR)率低于低表达组(P<0.05)。结论:SIRT1及Ku70在成人AL骨髓中高表达,两者呈正相关,可能共同参与白血病的发生发展。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of SIRT1 and Ku70 in adult acute leukemia(AL) bone marrow cells and its clinical significance.Method:The expression of SIRT1 and Ku70 was detected by RT-PCR in 50 cases of adult AL.Result:The expression of SIRT1 and Ku70 in AL was markedly higher(P<0.05).The expression of SIRT1 and Ku70 in relapsed cases was higher than that in newly diagnosed cases(P<0.05),with no significant difference between the two(P>0.05).SIRT1 and Ku70 expression was not related with gender,age... |
