| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨剖宫产术对母乳喂养的影响因素,提出相应的护理对策,促进母乳喂养的成功。方法:通过临床观察,调查分析影响剖宫产母乳喂养的相关因素,采取相应的护理措施。结果:剖宫产产妇母乳喂养的自信心增强,乳汁分泌增加,纯母乳喂养成功率提高。结论:针对剖宫产产妇的不同情况,及时给予正确的指导和护理,消除不良因素和刺激;做到早接触、早吸吮、早开奶、按需哺乳,是保证母乳喂养成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the influence of cesarean section to breast feeding,to propose the homologous nursing countermeasure,to promote the success of breast feeding.Methods:To inquiry the correlative influencing factor of breast feeding,and adopt correlative nursing countermeasure.Results:Parturients′ confidence raised,breast milk increased,and the success rate of exclusive breast feeding improved.Conclusion:According to the situations of different paturients,giving the proper guidence and nursing in time,eliminating the bad factors and stimulatings,early contact,early sucking,early prolactin,on-demand breast feeding are keys to ensure breast feeding success. |
