摘    要:目的:探讨运用循证护理方法对冠心病介入手术患者围手术期实施健康教育的临床护理效果。方法:对650例冠心病介入手术患者根据其年龄、性别、文化背景及其对健康的不同需求,有针对性地查阅相关文献资料,寻找冠心病介入手术患者围手术期健康教育的循证护理高级证据,进行科学、合理的个体化健康教育。结果:提高了患者对治疗的依从性,降低了术后并发症,患者满意度大幅提升。结论:循证护理新概念的运用取得了比传统健康教育更为有效的治疗效果,使广大患者受益的同时,也有助于护理人员整体素质的提高。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of perioperative health education of evidence-based nursing in patients with coronary heart disease underwent percutaneous coronary intervention treatment.Methods:In 650 patients with coronary artery disease interventional operation patients according to their age,gender,cultural background and its impact on the health of different needs,to access to the relevant literature,looking for coronary interventional operation in patients with peri-operation period health education of evidence-based nursing to senior evidence,and accept the scientific,reasonable individualized health education.Results:Application of evidence-based nursing can improve treatment compliance of patients,improve the degree satisfaction of patients,and reduce the complication after undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention.Conclusion:The new concept of evidence-based nursing can obtain the better treatment effect than the traditional nursing method,not only be good for the patients but also can improve general quality of nursing staff.
