| 摘 要： | 多种原癌基因、抑癌基因以及凋亡相关基因参与了食管癌的发生发展,这些因素大多也与食管癌的临床病理因素以及预后相关。表皮生长因子受体和血管内皮细胞生长因子,细胞周期调控蛋白,错配修复系统以及TIMPs,MMP,MIB-1,环氧化酶-2,ERCC3等都参与了食管癌的发生发展,并可能是预后的重要预测因子。

| Abstract: | Many oncogenes,anti-oncogenes and apoptosis-associated genes are related with the development of esophageal carcinoma.Lots of them are also associated with its clinicopathologic features and prognosis.Epidermal growth factor receptor,vascular endothelial growth factor,cell cycle regulatory proteins,mismatch repair system and TIMPs,MMP,MIB-1,COX-2,ERCC3,etc.are associated with the development of esophageal carcinoma.In addition,they might be important prognostic factors for the survival of patients with carcinoma of esophagus. |
