老年病人医院深部真菌感染175例临床分析

目的了解老年病人医院深部真菌感染的状况，为临床防治老年病人医院真菌感染提供依据。方法对台州市立医院2002年1月1日～2004年12月31日期间有医院真菌感染的175例老年病人进行回顾性统计分析。结果在此175例老年病人中，有151例合并慢性基础疾病，有171例1周前使用了广谱抗菌药物；在感染部位中，呼吸道感染占首位；在真菌培养结果中，白念珠菌123株，占首位；早期诊断并给予适当治疗的，病死率为7．0％；晚期诊断的，病死率为55．6％。结论老年病人医院深部真菌感染近年来上升很快，病死率增加。对此，我们必须引起高度重视。

Analysis on 175 aged patients with nosocomial deep part infections of fungi

Objective To analyse the situation of nosocomial deep part infections of fungi in aged patients so as to provide basis for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods 175 eases with nosocomial deep infections of fungi our hospital from January 1, 2002 to December 31, 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 175 eases, 151 were complicated with basic chron- ic illness, 171 treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics one week before the fungal infections; Respiratory tract was the main locations of infection; 123 strains of Candida albicans were isolated through the culture of fungi. The mortality was 7.0% for those with early diagnosis and proper treatment of such infections, 55.6 % for those with delayed diagnosis. Conclusion Fungal infeetion in the senile patients increases rapidly in recent years and attention be paid for control of the disease.
