| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the nursing management of very low birth weight infants(VLBWI) to improve survival rate and life quality.Methods Pay attention to the details management in using the synthetic nursing which is scientific,normative and rational for 38 VLBWI.To strengthen the details management of keeping warm,oxygen therapy,using peripheral vein catheter,preventing infections,early intervention and follow-up survey.Results 36 VLBWI survived(94.7%),and 2 VLBWI died(5.3%).The avoirdupois of the survival VLBWI could reach a perfect growth guideline.Conclusion Pay attention to the details management is the key of improving survival rate and life quality. |
