| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MRI弥散加权成像(DWI)在直肠癌诊断中的价值。方法复习完整39例直肠癌病历,进行MRI影像、手术、病理资料对比研究分析,应用常规MRI及横轴位DWI(不同b值,b=600,b=1000)扫描盆腔。结果发现在DWI序列上,恶性病变在高b值(b=1000)时信号较其它方法更能够明确病变真实大小及敏感确定淋巴结转移。结论应用常规MRI扫描加上横轴位DWI对直肠癌分期有重要指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis value of diffusion weighted imaging for rectum cancer.Methods To review integral cases of 39 patients with rectum cancer and to compare,research and analyze MRI images,operations and pathologic information.Andtouse routine MRI and transversal DWI(different b,b=600,b=1000)to scann pelvic cavity.Results Discovers that the signal of malignant pathological change at high b value(b=1000)is able to be clearer about the pathological change real size and the sensitive definite lymph node shift in DWI sequence than the other means.Conclusions The application of routine MRI and transaction DWI is very useful for the stages of rectum cancer. |
