| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨血管吻合器使用方法及临床对比使用价值。【方法】28例为使用血管吻合器使用患者、28例为常规压迫止血患者，进行操作时间、止血时间、合并症、制动时间等进行比较。【结果】吻合器操作时问及制动时间使用明显缩短，各类并发症明显低于常规压迫止血的患者。【结论】使用血管吻合器与传统手工压迫相比具有止血快、并发症少，取得了满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study the clinical application and value of the vascular stapler device. [Methods] Comparing the time of operating, stanching and braking and complication in 28 patients using vascular stapler device with 28 patients using orthodox oppression hemostasis. [Results] Time of operation and braking in vascular stapler device was less than that of using orthodox oppression hemostasis. [Conclusion] Vascular stapler device has more advantage in haemostasis time and less complication. |
