高分辨率CT在鼻部外伤骨折的诊断价值

目的X线平片与高分辨率CT(HRCT)扫描对鼻骨骨折的诊断价值。方法对40例鼻部外伤患者的HRCT与鼻骨侧位X线平片对鼻骨骨折的诊断率进行回顾性分析。结果40例鼻部外伤患者鼻骨侧位X线平片诊断鼻骨骨折14例(35%),可疑骨折6例(15%),未见骨折20例(50%);HRCT检查显示:鼻骨骨折24例(60%),可疑骨折1例(2%),未见骨折15例(38%)。HRCT诊断鼻骨骨折与X线平片差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论HRCT扫描对鼻骨骨折的诊断有较高的临床应用价值。可作为鼻骨骨折常规和首选检查方法。

The Value of High Resolution CT Scan for Diagnosis of Nasal Bone Fracture

Objective To compare The capability of X-ray plain film VS High Resolution CT(HRCT) scan for diagnosing the nasal fractures.Methods The diagnostic rate of HRCT scan for nasal fractures was retrospectinely analyzed in 40 patients with nasal trauma and compared with that of lateral X-ray plain films.Results Among 40 patients with nasal trauma,lateral X-ray plain films of nasal bonesw showed nasal fractures in 14(35%) cases,suspected fractures in 6(15%) cases,and non-fracture in 20(50%) cases while HRCT scan showed nasal fractures in 24(60%) cases,suspected fractures in 1(2%) case,and non-fracture in 15(38%) cases so that the diagnostic rate between high resolution CT scan and X-ray plain film for nasal fracture was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion HRCT scan has a high practical value in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture which can be used as routine and the best device in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture.
