川芎嗪联合氨胍治疗糖尿病大鼠对视网膜组织醛糖还原酶活性的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨川芎嗪和氨胍对糖尿病性视网膜变防治作用的机制。方法:用链尿佐菌素制作糖尿病大鼠动物模型,分为正常组,糖尿病对照组,糖尿病川芎嗪治疗组,糖尿病氨胍治疗组,糖尿病川芎嗪+氨胍治疗组,于第12周测定大鼠视网膜组织醛糖还原酶(AR)的活性。结果:糖尿病川芎嗪+氨胍治疗组大鼠视网膜组织AR活性显著低于糖尿病氨胍治疗组和糖尿病川芎嗪治疗组,3个治疗组AR活性又低于糖尿病对照组,仍高于正常组,结论:川芎嗪和氨胍能够抑制糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织AR活性,联合用药时抑制作用更明显,对糖尿病性视网膜病变防治起一定的作用。

Abstract:Objective\ To investigate the protective effect of tetramethylprazine(TMP)and aminoguanidine(AG) on diabetic retinopathy and explore its possible mechanism.\ Methods\ The activities of retinal tissue aldoes reductase(AR) was determined in 12 weeks streptozotocin\|induced diabetic rats.\ Results\ After 12 weeks the activities of AR in retina of the TMP+AG\|treated rats was reduced compared with the diabetic TMP\|treated and AG\|treated rats, but still stronger than normal rats(P<0 01).\ Conclusion\ TMP combined with AG may prevent the development of diabetic retinopathy, and the effect may be partly achieved by restrained the activities of AR in rat's retina.
