摘    要:目的观察丹参注射液对大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)脂质代谢和糖代谢的干预作用。方法高脂饲料建立大鼠NASH模型,设正常组,模型组,复方甘草甜素对照组,低剂量丹参组和高剂量丹参组,检测大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、血糖(GLU)水平,参照2006年2月NAFLD诊疗指南中脂肪肝分度和炎症分级的组织病理学标准进行量化计分。结果高、低剂量丹参组比模型组及对照组血清GGT、AST水平显著下降;与对照组及低剂量丹参组比较,高剂量丹参组血清TC、GLU及肝组织炎症计分水平均显著下降。结论高剂量丹参注射液对高脂饮食诱发的大鼠脂肪性肝炎和脂肪代谢紊乱有一定的防治作用。

Effects of salvia miltiorrhiza injection on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and lipid metabolism in the rats induced by fat-rich diet

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of salvia miltiorrhiza injectio nonmetabolism of lipid and glucose in rats with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH). Methods NASH mode1 was established by high fat diet in rats, and five groups were designed: normal group (NG), model group (MG), compound glycyrrhizin liposome control group(CG), high and low dosage salvia miltiorrhiza group(HDSG, LDSG). The serum levels of ALT、AST、GGT、TG、TC and GLU were measured. Histological scores of fatty liver and inflammation of NASH were evaluated according to the guideline of the diagnosis and treatment of NAFLD in February 2006. Results Compared with MG and CG, the serum levels of GGT, AST were significantly reduced in HDSG and LDSG; Compared with CG and LDSG, the serum levels of TC, GLU and hepatic histological scores on inflammation of NASH were remarkably reduced in HDSG. Conclusion High dosage salvia miltiorrhiza injection is effective in treatment of steatohepatitic and lipid metabolic disorder in the rats induced by fat-rich diet.
