| 摘 要： | 目的研究一种广大医护乐于接受的手清洁方法。方法对普外病房及呼吸内科病房正常工作的医护洗手或手消毒后手部带菌情况采样、培养观察，并进行成本效益分析，确定最佳方案。结果普通洗手法合格率仅为35.6%，而六步洗手法、圣剑洁康露1～2ml搽手，0.1%洗必泰酒精液3～5ml搽手100%合格。结论流动水按六步洗手法洗手对手部清洁是最好的方法，虽成本高，但是可长期使用，不会产生耐药性，维持外环境微生态平衡，特别是手部有明显血迹污染的情况下，流动水清洁更重要。在没有流动水洗手的情况下，才选用圣剑洁康露涂搽的方法或0.1%洗必泰酒精液进行手部清洁。

| Abstract: | Objective:To find a convenient and efficient method for medical personnel to wash hands.Methods: The staff of general surgery and respiratory medicine used 4 ways to wash hands:common,six steps,with Tinctura Chlorhexidini Acrtaitis or with San Sword.After washing hand,samyles were collected from the staffs hands' for bacterial culture,and then a cost benefit analysis was performed.Results:The goal of below 5 cfu/cm 2 was achieved with washing with six steps,washing with Tinctura Chlorhexidini Acrtaitis,and also scrubbing with San Sword.Conclusion:the effect of washing hand with six steps under moving water is the best.Without moving water,San Sword can make hand clean and prevent infection. |
