| 摘 要： | 目的研究不同类型神经介导性晕厥患者各自诱因的特点。方法将80例神经介导性晕厥患者分成4组，分析各组发病诱因的特点。结果血管迷走性晕厥居首位，占50％，其次为情境性晕厥，占31％。晕血为血管迷走性晕厥中最常见诱因．排尿为情境性晕厥中最常见诱因，而颈部按摩为颈动脉窦晕厥最常见诱因。结论不同类型的神经介导性晕厥诱因特点各有不同，临床上可针对不同诱因进行防治。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the features of causes in patients with different type neurally mediated syncope. Methods Eighty patients with neurally mediated syncope were involved in the study, and they were divided into 4 groups. The features of causes in patients with different type were analyzed. Results Vasovagal syncope was accounting for 50% ,followed by situatinal syncope 31%. Hemophobia was the most common cause in vasovagal syncope,micturition syncope was the most common cause in situatinal syncope,and carotid sinus massage was the most common cause in Carotid sinus syncope. Conclusions The features of causes in patients with different type neurally mediated syncope -〈ere different,different treatments could be selected according to different causes. |
