三氯生复合甘草酸苷面膜辅助治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效研究

目的:观察三氯生复合甘草酸苷面膜辅助治疗中、重度寻常型痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法:选取30例中、重度寻常性痤疮患者,中度痤疮患者系统使用美满霉素50 mg,每日2次治疗,重度痤疮患者系统使用异维A酸20 mg,每日3次治疗;全部患者右侧面部使用复合面膜,左侧面部为自身空白对照,疗程3周。使用前、使用后1周及使用后3周,对比左侧面部及右侧面部的红斑炎症程度、丘疹、脓疱的数量,并观察皮损消退的情况及不良反应。结果:痤疮患者接受治疗1周后,右侧面部(使用面膜侧)显效率为20.0%(6/30),高于左侧面部(空白对照侧)的13.3%(4/30);治疗3周后,右侧面部基本痊愈率为20.0%(6/30),显效率为26.7%(8/30),高于左侧面部的10.0%(3/30)、23.3%(7/30)。受试者右侧面部使用复合面膜3周后,皮肤的炎症程度比左侧面部明显改善。受试者自我评估使用面膜侧总有效率达83.3%。结论:三氯生复合甘草酸苷面膜对中重度痤疮有很好的辅助治疗作用,是一种可选择用于治疗中、重度痤疮的安全、有效的辅助治疗方法。

Clinical Investigation on the Efficacy of Facial Mask Combined Triclosan with Glycyrrhizin for Acne Vulgaris

Objective:To assess the safety and efficacy of facial mask combined triclosan with glycyrrhizin for treatment of moderate to severe acne.Methods:30 patients with moderate-to-severe acne in the age range of 20~35 years old were enrolled.Patients were instructed to apply the mask on the right half of their face once daily and were simultaneously treated with 50 mg bid minocycline(moderate) or 20 mg qd isotretinoin(severe) for 3 weeks.The inflammatory severity,number of the targeted area of acne,papules,and pustules were evaluated by the investigator at day 0,week 1 and week 3.In addition,patients ranked their improvement.Results:After one week treatment,the significant effective rate of the mask-using side(20.0%,6/30) was higher than the control side(13.3%,4/30).After three-week treatment,the significant effective rate of the mask-using side increased to 26.7%(8/30) and the cure rate was(20.0%,6/30) higher than the control side(10.0%,3/30) and(23.3%,7/30).83.3% of patients were improved in self-assessment test.Conclusion:This study demonstrats that the efficacy and safety of facial mask combined triclosan with glycyrrhizin for the reduction of moderate-to-severe acne are satisfied.
