| Abstract: | This article mainly introduces market motivity, constructive environment, administrative system, administrative mode, and administrative methods in medical service of private hospitals in Singapore. From the viewpoint of intensity management of enterprises, it also expatiates on impartiality and validity in aspects such as configuring resources rationally, expanding educational training, establishing service concept, setting up famous brand idea, and carrying out management strategy, with the aim at providing beneficial reference for our hospital reform and innovation in medical service. |
