目的 探讨紧急救援队伍建设和人员培训的新方法。方法 以重庆市依托型紧急救援中心为例，分析救治队伍的组成、应具备的素质和培训内容。结果 提出了紧急救援中心救治队伍培训的构相。结论 紧急救援中心救治队伍培训对提高救援水平非常重要，而依托型紧急救援中心在人员培训方面有更多的优势。

Discussion of medical group building in emergency aid center

Objective To explore the new method about the building and training of the first aid group.Methods To analyse the constitution,quality and tracining contents of the first aid group based on the Chongqing pattern depending a large-scde hospital.Results The new idea of training the medical first aid group is posed.Conclusion It is very important to improve the emergency treatment level through the developing and training the first aid group.There are more advantages to cluture the first aid group by emergency medical center relying on a large-scale hospital.
