| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立咽炎合剂的质量控制方法。方法 :用薄层色谱法对该制剂中麦冬、半夏、厚朴进行定性鉴别 ;用薄层扫描法对大青叶中有效成分靛玉红进行含量测定。结果 :定性鉴别色谱特征明显 ,易于区别 ;制剂中靛玉红含量测定线性范围为 0 .2 44～ 1.2 2μg,r=0 .9999,平均回收率为 10 0 .0 6 % ,RSD =1.3%。结论 :建立的定性定量方法可有效地控制咽炎合剂的质量

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the quality control of Yanyan mixture.METHODS:The Radix ophiopogonis, Rhizoma pinelliae and Cortex magnoliae officinalis in Yanyan mixture were identified by TLC. The content of indirubin in the mixture was determined by TLC scanning.RESULTS:The studies showed that it was distinct, in the characteristics for 0.244～1.22 μg,r=0.999 9 and the average recovery was 100.06%, RSD=1.3%. CONCLUSION: These methods can be used for the quantitative analysis of Yanyan mixture. |
