| Abstract: | A rare case of multiple idiopathic root resorption (MIRR) involving 5 adjacent anterior and posterior teeth is presented and the pathogenesis discussed. The proposition is made that MIRR results from microbiologically-induced osteoclast activity facilitated by prior osteoblast activation. |
