第三脑室胶样囊肿的CT及MRI表现

目的提高对第三脑室胶样囊肿的CT及MRI表现的认识.方法回顾分析经手术病理证实的5例第三脑室胶样囊肿的CT及MRI表现,并结合有关文献进行分析.结果 5例第三脑室胶样囊肿位于第三脑室前上部与侧脑室孟氏孔相邻,CT表现为高密度4例,低密度1例;MRI上T1WI呈高信号1例,等信号4例,T2WI低信号1例,等信号3例,混杂信号1例.病灶圆形或椭圆形边缘清晰,增强后无强化,周围脑实质无水肿.3例出现两侧脑室不同程度脑积水,1例病灶边缘可见小片状钙化.结论第三脑室胶样囊肿发病部位特殊,CT及MRI是诊断第三脑室胶样囊肿的最重要的检查方法.

CT and MRI features of colloid cysts in the third ventricle

Objective To improve the understanding of CT and MBI features of colloid cysts in the third ventricle.Methods Five surgically proved cases of coiled cysts in the third ventricle were ,retrospectively analysed.Reatlts All the tumours were located at the anterior superior third ventricle.4 lesions appeared hyperdense and one lesion hypoderme on CT. One lesion had high signal intensity and 4 lesions isointensity on TI and one lesion had low signal intensity and 3 lesions isointensity and one lesion appeared mixed signal on T2.The lesions shaped oval circumscnibed. All lesions shows no enhanoement following contrast in.on and there were no brain edema around the lesions. There were hydrocephalus in three cases and was focal calcification along margin of the mass in one case. Conclusion Colloid cysts typically arise at the anterior superior portion of the third ventride,CT and MRI are the most important methods in finding these lesions.
