浙江省社区护理人员岗位培训需求调查

目的：通过调查浙江省社区护理人员基本岗位培训现状，正确指导社区护士培训制度的建立和人力资源开发与管理。方法：采用分层整群抽样方法，抽取浙江省5个不同地区的762名社区护士进行问卷调查。结果：社区护理人员岗位素质不高；53．5％社区护理人员近5年内未参加过专科培训，80．9％未参加过进修；82．3％社区护士愿意参加培训，培训方式、内容存在差异（P〈0．05）。结论：社区护理队伍学历、素质参差不齐，社区护理岗位培训需求迫切，加强社区护理人员专业化培训、人力资源开发与管理迫在眉睫。

Investigation into demand of training programs on community nurses in Zhejiang province

Objectives：To learn the basic situation of community nurses＇ training in Zhejiang province and to properly instruct programs setting for community nurse training and human resource management. Methods：Adopting stratified cluster sampling method to select samples of 762 community nurses from 5 different districts in Zhejiang province to carry out a survey. Results： The quality of community nurses is not good enough. In recent 5 years,53.5% of community nurses haven＇t participated in any training programs;80.9% of community nurses haven＇t attended any advanced studies. 82.3% of nurses are willing to accept trainings,but differences exist in methods and contents of training programs which they demanded are different（p〈0.05）. Conclusions：Community nurses differ in their academic degrees and qualities. It is urgent to offer training programs for community nurses and to reinforce the specialized training for exploiting human resource.
