摘    要:目的:研究竹荪托盖液不同剂量对大鼠免疫功能的增免作用。方法:雄性健康大鼠(SD鼠)60只,以60Co-λ线300CGy(55CGy/min6'6)一次性全身照射,造成大鼠辐射损伤。实验大鼠分为大、中、小剂量组和空白对照组。照射后第二天开始灌喂,30天后断颈处死实验大鼠,采血测免疫指标,解剖取胸腺、脾脏作指数测定。结果:用竹荪托盖液各组胸腺、脾脏明显增大,但组间比较P<0.05,与空白组比较P<0.01。免疫球蛋白IgG组间比较无差异。IgA、IgM组间有较大差异(P<0.05、P<0.01);IL-2组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);NK细胞组间比较差异明显(P<0.01)。结论:竹荪托盖液能明显增加辐射损伤大鼠胸腺、脾脏指数,与药物剂量存在明显量效关系。在不同剂量的药物组中,IL-2、NK细胞增免作用共同增强,与药物剂量呈相关关系。

Abstract:Objective:To study the reinforcing effect of P.indusaita tuogaiye of different dosages on immunity of wister mouse.Methods:60 male mice radiated by 60Co-r 300 CGy(55 CGy/min6'6) were divided into large,middle,small dosage groups and control group and bred with P.indusaita tuogaiye in the second day after radiation,and killed in 30 days later.The change of blood immune index was observed and the exponent of chest gland and spleen was measured respectively.Results:Chest gland and spleen in 3 P.indusaita tuogaiye groups grew obviously,with significant difference ameng them(P<0.05),there was significant difference between P.indusaita tuogaiye groups and control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of IgG among the large dosage group,middle dosage group and small dosage group,but the positive rates of IgA,IgM,IL-2 and NK cell were significant difference(P<0.05?0.01).Conclusion: P.indusaita tuogaiye can obviously enhance the exponent of chest gland and spleen of radiated male mice,there is significant relationship between dosage and effect.IL-2 and NK cell enhance collectively the immune effect in different dosage groups,which are associated with the drug dosage.
