| 摘 要： | 目的观察参冬活血胶囊对原发性高血压患者心室重构的影响。方法将90例高血压患者随机分为两组：治疗组（n=45）给予洛汀新、参冬活血胶囊口服,对照组（n=45）给予洛汀新口服,两组疗程均为6个月。采用心脏彩色超声检测患者室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度、左室质量、左室心肌质量指数、左室舒张末内径。结果两组室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度、左室质量、左室心肌质量指数、左室舒张末内径明显下降（P〈0.05）,且治疗组较对照组下降幅度更为显著（P〈0.05）。结论参冬活血胶囊联合洛汀新可逆转原发性高血压患者的心室重构,其疗效优于单纯洛门新治疗。
