| 摘 要： | 目的探讨survivin和caspase-3基因在肺癌中的表达及其意义。方法应用原位杂交法检测47例肺癌及相应癌旁肺组织survivin mRNA的表达,采用免疫组化SP法测定上述组织标本中caspase-3蛋白表达。结果Survivin-mRNA在肺癌组织中阳性表达率为78.7%,明显高于相应癌旁组织(P<0.01),caspase-3蛋白在肺癌组织中阳性表达率为59.6%,显著高于癌旁肺组织(P<0.01),caspase-3蛋白表达与survivin mRNA表达呈显著正相关(r=0.702,P<0.01)。结论Survivin mRNA和caspase-3蛋白表达上调与肺癌的发生密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of survivin mRNA and caspase-3 protein in lung cancer tissues.Methods The expression of survivin mRNA was tested by in situ hybridization and the expression of caspase-3 protein were tested by the standard streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) technique.Result The positive rate of survivin mRNA in lung cancer was 78.7%, significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancer lung tissues (P<0.01); the positive rate of caspase-3 protein in lung cancer was 59.6%, significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancer lung tissues (P<0.01). There was a significant correlation between the expression of survivin mRNA and caspase-3 protein (P<0.01).Conclusion The up regulation of expression of survivin mRNA and caspase-3 protein is closely related to the pathogenesis of lung cancer. |
