| 摘 要： | 目的总结33例青年人直肠癌的诊断治疗体会。方法回顾性分析l994~2005年33例青年人直肠癌患者的临床资料。结果青年人直肠癌术前常有误诊,本组误诊率为63.6%。33例中行根治性切除术23例,根治率69.7%,未切除肿瘤或放弃治疗者平均存活5.4个月。结论提高对青年人直肠癌的认识,重视直肠指检和纤维结肠镜检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of rectal cancer in young patients.Method Clinical data of 33 young patients with rectal cancer treated from 1994 to 2005 were retrospectively analyzed.Result Rectal cancers in young patients were often misdiagnosed. The misdiagnostic rate of this group was 63.6%. Of the 33 patients, 23 patients underwent radical resection and the eradication rate was 69.7%. Patients whose tumors were not removed or who gave up treatment survived 5.4 months on the average.Conclusion Doctors should get acquainted with rectal cancer in young patients and make much account of digital examination of rectum and fibercolonoscopy. |
